Hi, I’m Dr. Johnson—the heart behind Pumpkin Posh. For me, decorating with pumpkins has always been more than just seasonal décor. It’s about creating a feeling of warmth, tradition, and joy that welcomes people home. One of my favorite traditions every fall is going to the pumpkin patch with my family—like the moment captured here with my mom, who has always been my biggest inspiration. 

Those memories inspired me to bring that same sense of beauty and connection to other families’ doorsteps. Before pumpkins, I spent over 12 years as a teacher and school leader, earning my Doctorate in Education. Teaching taught me the power of creativity, structure, and care—values I now pour into every design. What began as a personal passion has grown into a way to share that cozy magic of fall with others.
