Terms and coNDITIONS

By booking a service or purchasing a package from Pumpkin Posh (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“client” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All pumpkins and décor items are for decorative purposes only.
• Pumpkins are not intended for human or animal consumption.
• Pumpkin Posh is not liable for any illness, injury, or damages resulting from use of pumpkins or décor in any way other than decoration.

• Once pumpkins and décor have been delivered and/or installed, full responsibility transfers to the client.
• Pumpkin Posh is not responsible for the natural aging, weathering, rotting, pests, theft, or damage of pumpkins/decor once delivery or setup is complete.
• For clients who purchase the Pumpkin Removal Add-On, Pumpkin Posh will return on a scheduled date to remove and dispose of pumpkins/decor. Until removal occurs, the client is responsible for care and upkeep.

• Payment is required in full prior to delivery or installation.
• Clients do not need to be home at the time of delivery/setup. Pumpkin Posh will complete the décor on the porch/exterior only and send a photo confirmation once setup is finished.
• Delivery dates/times are subject to change based on weather, supply, or scheduling needs. Pumpkin Posh will communicate any changes promptly.
• The client must ensure that the porch area is safe, accessible, and free of obstructions (e.g., pets, vehicles, or hazards) at the time of installation.

• All sales are final. There are no refunds once décor has been delivered or installed.
• Pumpkin varieties, shapes, and sizes vary naturally; substitutions may be made at our discretion based on seasonal availability. Substitutions will be made thoughtfully to preserve the look and feel of your package.

• Photos on our website, brochures, or social media are for inspiration only and do not represent the exact final look of your porch.
• Each porch design is customized, and final arrangements may vary depending on porch size, seasonal availability, and selected color theme.

• Hay bales and natural décor may trigger allergies or sensitivities. By booking, the client acknowledges this risk and agrees Pumpkin Posh is not liable for allergic reactions or related issues.

• The client releases Pumpkin Posh from all liability relating to:
  • Use of pumpkins or décor after delivery.
  • Any property damage, injury, allergy, or loss caused by pumpkins, hay bales, or décor.
  • Natural deterioration of pumpkins or décor over time.

• With client permission, Pumpkin Posh may photograph completed porch displays for marketing.
• Client identity, address, and house numbers will remain anonymous; identifying details will be blurred, removed, or photoshopped out.

By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
